cold and have a limited shelf life of 3 weeks, seeing fresh
eggs are used and no preservatives are added.
The Friet Sauce is a mayonnaise
that is artisanal produced, does not contain any preservatives
or colourants, and has a tangy sweet bite. It is the best
accompaniment for French fries, baked or puffed potatoes.
The French Mayonnaise
is the classic variety of the Friet Sauce, with a mustardy
cracked pepper flavour. The ultimate friend for a braai
or the real mayonnaise lovers.
Sauces in the making are the Tartare
Sauce: ideal for fish and chips or mash potatoes;
the Bearnaise Sauce: a salad sauce version
of the classic with a tangy tarragon flavour to liven up
your boerewors or steaks and the Andalouse Sauce:
